StayPay offer
Setstaypay(stay_nights;discount_nights;valid_period;multiplication_possibility_quantity; EB_expanding; Ratecode)
You have to select:
- Rooms as a term for use this offer.
- Meal, that also will be included in free nights (if available)
- Stay_nights – specify nights quantity, that guests should stay to get this offer
- discount_nights – specify nights quantity that will be discounted from calculation
- valid_period –accommodation period when this offer are applicable. Format: ddmmyy-ddmmyy
- multiplication_possibility_quantity – quantity, shows how many times this offer could be used for the same guests during consecutive period of stay, if null – multiple
- Services_expanding –, Meal_expanding, Compulsory Services – indicate if this offer apply for EB or/and meal or/and compulsory services. Format:
- EB=y/n, –if yes – EB will be free during bonus free nights
- M=y/c/n, if yes – all meal types including chargeable (FB or AL or whatever) will be free during bonus free nights, if “c” – you have to select relative mealtype, which will be free during bonus free nights (use it if the meal that includes in room rate will be complimentary), “n” – no meal are for free during bonus nights (even that one that includes in the room rate)
- CS=y/n – if yes – CS will be free during bonus free nights
Attention:
If you have room rate including any meal type – you have to set M=c and select relative meal type in case if this meal will be free at free nights. And you have to set M=n if guests should pay for meal during stay at free nights. In this case do not forget to set relative meal rate.
You may select all others meal plans if they will be provided for free during free stay – and they are chargeable for usual stay. Ratecode – name or code of this special offer
