- Periods – not nesessary
Period - period to apply the cancellation policy. Format: ddmmyy-ddmmyy or period – if period – than u should select one or several periods
No_Show _terms – conditions for no show and early departure
Date of cancellation starts – u can use quantity of days or exact date in format ddmmyy to 2 d or to 111213
Penalties
Format – 25 % of stay or 2 rn or to 0,5 d or leave empty or 0 for none
rn – room nights
Other prior to arrival terms – conditions that depends on the days left prior to arrival. Describe from 0 days prior to arrival to larger quantity of days.
Format – to 10 d = 25 % of stay or to 10 d = 2 rn or leave empty for none
