Add your employees and their personal login to the system

For more useful work with a system you can make personal logins to all of your stuff, with their own privileges. You can control all changes that were made by your employees in account and rates sections.

You can manage personal accounts of your employees in the following section:

My company/Employees (http://www.unihotel.org/profile/users/)

Add new employee (http://www.unihotel.org/profile/users/add/)

After you have put in your employee’s e-mail (it will be used as login also), his name and family name and all other fields that you want - save all changes.

After saving, just near the field with e-mail you will have a button [Invite] – after you press this button your employee will get an e-mail with invitation to make his own password for entering the system.

So, after all, your employee can use his e-mail and his own password to enter your company account.

In section My company/Employees/privileges you have to choose all applicable privileges to every employee.

To work with hotel rates you have to select privileges for view/add/change/delete hotel rates.
