Add hotel supplier
You can buy roomnights in every hotel from different suppliers (from hotel directly, or from general agent or whomever) – so you have an opportunity to add numerous suppliers to every hotel. Otherwise, if you are inbound touroperator you can add your company as a supplier – you will have to put your company in as a contractor.
In order to add new supplier to the hotel you will have to click the link "Add supplier" just on the right side of every hotel. You will see the window of supplier selection. Get the proper supplier from the list – if you don’t see one in it – probably you have already made a link Hotel-Supplier or you have to add it first in section Contractors. Than click submit button – you will get into a hotel info window – so you can start add all the terms and rates.You can add numerous quantities of suppliers for every hotel.
For your next sessions you will see the grey [+] button on the left from the hotel that already has suppliers. You have to click it and choose needed supplier with correspondent toucodes.Red color of link means that the rates for this hotel are not published (not visible) for use to your agents. Only your stuff can see them. Green color means that all rates are available for your contractors.
