Our system allows you to fill in the rates in different currencies.
Advise: if you get payments from your buyers in international currencies and pay in local – you’d better fill in the rates in local currency as well. If the currency exchange rate will be changed – it will be easier for you to change the currency exchange rate instead of changing all the hotels rates you have put in.
If you want to fill in the rates in local currency (not in USD or EUR) you will have to input the currency exchange rate to respective supplier (Section: Tours&Hotels/Currency) and if the exchange rate will change – you will have to change it also.
You can change currency rate in section Tours&Hotels/Currency – first choose the currency, then choose supplier (it is your company for further rate transferring or your supplier who will give you rates in local currency, but you will pay him in international currencies)
You will have to add new contractors first in Contractors section (http://www.unihotel.org/profile/contragents/)
